Come learn how to make Masala Dosa & Chutney and more!

After sold out classes of "Learn How To Make Indian Street Food!" and demand from many of you, in the new set of classes in the 'Cooking with KT' series we bring to you, 'Learn how to make Masala Dosa and Chutney!

- Join KT an experienced chef and food expert for an authentic Indian food experience in the heart of Boston. 🤌 KT will show you how to make some of the popular South Indian foods from scratch.🍽 Learn how to make Masala Dosa at home!! You will begin this experience by learning how the Dosa batter is made and what are the ingredients that are added that make the Dosa's light and crispy. And then you will learn how to make the Masala or the filling for the Dosa, a hearty boiled potato dish made with some fresh cilantro, chilies (yes, not too spicy!) and a lot of turmeric (healthy!). Then you will learn how to make a fresh batch of delicious Coconut Chutney with a zing of ginger!

KT will also have Sambar ready for you and a tangy Tomato Chutney to try and have with your Masala Dosa! Sambar is a lentil-based stew made with lots of vegetables, lentils of course, it has some tamarind paste and a bit of jaggery/raw cane sugar, which balances the spicy, sweet and sourness in the Sambar.

Then of course we all will make our own Masala Dosa's and eat it! :) may be one or two each ;)
